A 50% deposit will be taken for all services at the time of booking. For appointments requiring more than 90 mins the deposit is non-refundable but can be rescheduled as long as 7 days or more notice is given. For shorter appointments (less than 90 mins) please give 48 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or you don’t show for your appointment you will be invoiced for full payment less deposit paid will be taken. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know I can accommodate a few minutes, but more than 10/15 mins will be classed as a no show, and you will be charged as above. Please do not come for your appointment if you are unwell or have Covid. A positive test or a doctor’s certificate is required to avoid a cancellation penalty.
